We're looking for a skilled Maintenance Specialist to support a growing manufacturing operation in Coldwater, MI. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting equipment, solving mechanical and electrical issues, and helping keep production running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment and facility systems
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
• Perform preventive maintenance to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
• Install, repair, and replace machine components as needed
• Support equipment upgrades, installations, and continuous improvement projects
• Maintain maintenance records and repair documentation
• Follow all safety procedures and support a safe work environment

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
