Full job description

Standard Job Description

This occupation requires the hand lay up and fabrication of uncured fiberglass, and graphite pre-impregnated Epoxy and Bismaleimide tapes and fabrics into complex aircraft structures. Fabrication of laminates requires the use of various hand tools, and computer knowledge in operating Electronic Laser Ply Projection Systems and electronic work instructions, in preparation for curing in autoclave curing systems.

Basic Qualifications

- Experience in Composite Manufacturing or related Manufacturing field.

- Experience with MS Office required (ability to navigate Windows based applications).

- Experience with Electronic Work Instructions
(EWI) electronic blue prints and/or
engineering drawings.

- Experience reading and interpreting electronic blueprints.

- Experience with composite manufacturing processes and procedures

Desired Skills

Some experience in Composite manufacturing or certification in the composite field.

Two years Composite layup experience
