Progressive Care Trauma Registered Nurse

TriStar Health is seeking a Progressive Care Trauma Registered Nurse to provide specialized, evidence-based care to acutely ill and injured patients in our progressive care/step-down setting. In this role, you will perform comprehensive assessments, manage complex trauma and medical conditions, monitor telemetry and hemodynamics, administer medications and therapies, and intervene quickly in emergencies. You will collaborate closely with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to develop care plans, educate patients and families, and support safe transitions of care.
