REGISTERED NURSE

Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this role, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care for patients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery. You’ll coordinate closely with an interdisciplinary team, administer medications and treatments, educate patients and families, and support safe discharges.
