A bit about us:

We are looking for an experienced CNC Machinist to support a high-precision manufacturing environment focused on custom tooling, fixtures, jigs, and die work. This role involves setting up, machining, repairing, assembling, and modifying complex tooling components while maintaining strict quality and tolerance requirements.

The ideal candidate will work closely with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot tooling challenges, optimize machining processes, and contribute to efficient manufacturing operations. This is a hands-on opportunity within a collaborative toolroom setting where craftsmanship, problem-solving, and attention to detail are highly valued.

Job Details

High school diploma or GED required
3–7+ years of CNC machining experience, with a focus on: CNC turning / lathe work, High-precision or tight-tolerance manufacturing
Experience in industries such as metal stamping, automotive, aerospace, or medical preferred
Experience with CNC lathes/turning centers (Mazak, Haas, Okuma, Doosan, etc.)
Working knowledge of G-code programming and edits (preferred)
Strong understanding of: Blueprint reading, GD&T, Tooling and cutting parameters
Ability to use precision inspection tools
