- Performing TIG welding on aluminum and copper components per engineering drawings
- Reading and interpreting blueprints and specifications
- Setting up and welding components to create complex assemblies
- Maintaining welding equipment, tools, and work areas in clean and safe condition
- Collaborating with team members to meet production goals
- Ensuring compliance with safety guidelines and quality standards
What will help you thrive in this role?
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
- Welding certification from a recognized program or 1-3 years of welding experience
- Proficiency in TIG welding techniques
- Ability to read and interpret manufacturing drawings and safety guidelines
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- OSHA 10-hour safety course is a plus
