• 7 am - 7 am shifts during block coverage periods
• Clinic: 12 - 15 patients per day; inpatient consults: 11 - 12 patients
• Mix of inpatient and outpatient -- heavy emphasis on inpatient
• NP and RN support staff available in clinic setting
• Oversees dialysis center and supervises NP in clinic
• Teaching role -- IM students
• Travel to up to 3 outreach sites, 1 - 2 days per month
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
