Material Handler

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Material Handler to join their team. As a Material Handler, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Material Handler

Location: Sparta, WI

Pay Range: $22.05 plus $1.25 shift differential

Shift: Sunday thru Thursday 9:30pm – 5:30am with OT on Friday as needed

What's the Job?

• Bring all packaging materials from warehouse and stage for each production run with no interruption in production flow.
• Operate and maintain case erector.
• Keep accurate documentation on all paperwork.
• Assist and fill in for operators when needed.
• Maintain and assist in keeping the setup area/warehouse clean and organized.
• Assist in keeping walkways and fire exits free and visible.
• Assist in all other duties assigned by supervisor and/or management.

What's Needed?

• Six months to one-year experience in a related field
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for long periods
• Able to troubleshoot problems as they arise and fix them in an efficient and safe manner
