Local Stepdown RN

Gifted Healthcare seeks a Local Stepdown RN in Hammond, LA to provide high-quality care to acutely ill patients transitioning from ICU-level care. The RN will assess and monitor complex patients, manage cardiac drips and telemetry, administer IV medications, coordinate care plans, and respond quickly to changes in condition. You’ll collaborate closely with physicians and the interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and ensure accurate EMR documentation.
