OT Team Leader

As an OT Team Leader at Encompass Health, you will lead a team of occupational therapists and assistants in delivering high-quality inpatient rehabilitation care. You will coordinate caseloads, support complex evaluations and treatment plans, and ensure evidence-based, patient-centered interventions. In this role, you’ll mentor staff, collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, monitor quality and regulatory compliance, and help drive clinical outcomes and process improvement. You’ll also provide direct patient care, documentation, and family education while modeling Encompass Health’s values of integrity, compassion, and excellence.
