Emergency Medicine physician job in Nebraska : CompHealth exists to make the locums process easier. 5 - 6 night shifts per month -- 12-hour shifts, 6 pm - 6 am
ED rounding only -- responds to codes called on floors
2 APPs scheduled per shift
Annual ED volume of 20,000 patients
Extensive procedural skills required -- RSI, chest tubes, surgical airways
Suturing, paracentesis, thoracentesis, cardioversions, and more required
ATLS certification required
Temporary pacemaker floating and central line placement required
We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
