Senior Manager

US Foods is seeking a Senior Manager to lead high-impact initiatives in our wholesale foodservice operations. In this role, you will analyze performance across distribution, logistics, and customer service, identify gaps, and implement process improvements that drive safety, service, and cost efficiency. Partnering with cross-functional teams, you’ll standardize best practices, leverage data to optimize capacity and inventory, and champion a safety- and performance-driven culture. You will present insights to leadership, build business cases, mentor managers, and lead change to support growth across our nationwide network.
