Physical Therapist Floater

Tender Touch Rehab Services seeks a full-time Physical Therapist Floater to provide compassionate, high-quality care across multiple skilled nursing and long-term care facilities. In this traveling onsite role, you will evaluate residents, create individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions to improve mobility, safety, and independence for geriatric and sub-acute populations.
