Midland Memorial Hospital is seeking an ABEM-certified emergency medicine physician to join our leadership team as assistant facility medical director. This is an outstanding opportunity for physicians seeking a meaningful leadership role while continuing to practice clinically in a busy, high-acuity emergency department. Work alongside an experienced, locally based facility medical director and help shape the future of EM at a hospital serving Midland, Odessa, and communities throughout the Permian Basin.
Monthly administrative stipend plus dedicated leadership responsibilities

Hands-on leadership experience with guidance from an established emergency medicine leadership team
Base compensation + RVU + night differential
~ Substantial sign-on bonus available
~ Block scheduling available (10-hour shifts)
