Cloud Systems Engineer
Location: Suitland, MD
Clearance Required: Active TS/SCI
Leidos is seeking an Azure Cloud Systems Engineer in Suitland, MD to design, implement, and maintain enterprise Azure architecture supporting Zero Trust tools, identity services, and security monitoring platforms.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Engineer Azure resource groups, subscriptions, networking, virtual machines, identity integrations, and cloud baselines.
- Design hybrid-cloud integration supporting on-premises and cloud-based Zero Trust platforms.
- Provide cloud architecture documentation, diagrams, integration schemas, and operational support.
- Implement automation, monitoring, security baselines, and cloud compliance standards.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience or a Master’s degree with 6+ years of experience. Additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Active TS/SCI security clearance.
- Experience with Azure engineering, including automation and cloud-native architectures.
- Cloud platform management, deployment, and monitoring (AWS, Azure) experience.
- Skilled with PowerShell, Python, ARM/Bicep, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience supporting RMF and cloud security compliance.
Required Certifications:
- Active AWS Cloud Practitioner, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Administrator, or higher certification.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $107,900.00 - $195,050.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
