Every other weekend -- Fri 5 pm - Mon 8 am
24-hour call shifts
Average of 1 dialysis patient per day
Inpatient setting with rounding responsibilities
Dialysis required -- inpatient procedures essential
Hospital privileges required
We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
