Operating Room Registered Nurse Clinical Coordinator

UT Health East Texas seeks a Clinical Coordinator / RN for the Operating Room to coordinate and deliver high-quality perioperative care. This role manages daily OR workflows, patient flow, and staffing while providing direct nursing care before, during, and after surgery. The Clinical Coordinator collaborates closely with surgeons, anesthesia, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, efficient procedures, regulatory compliance, and optimal outcomes. You’ll support staff education, participate in quality and safety initiatives, use advanced technology and EHR systems, and grow within a mission-driven, patient-centered health system.
