Physical Therapy Assistant - Travel Contract

Minimum Qualifications
* Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
* Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
* BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
Assignment Details
* 5, 8-hour shifts.
* Varied caseload including inpatient, outpatient, home health, long term care, and skilled nursing facility settings.
