As a Direct Support Professional at Sevita, you’ll provide person-centered care to individuals with diverse abilities in home and community settings. You will assist with daily living activities, health and safety, community participation, transportation, and skill-building to promote independence and quality of life. Working closely with an interdisciplinary team, you’ll follow individualized support plans, document services, and communicate changes in needs or behavior.
