Inpatient Rehabilitation Occupational Therapist

Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Occupational Therapist to deliver evidence-based rehab services in our inpatient setting. In this role, you will evaluate functional abilities, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions to help patients regain independence in self-care, mobility, and daily living skills. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families on adaptive techniques and equipment, and document progress in accordance with regulatory and facility standards, all within a supportive, patient-centered culture focused on clinical excellence and career growth.
