Full job description

Our client, a building supply and construction materials provider, is seeking a Yard Customer Support - Part time to join their team. As a Yard Customer Support - Part time, you will be part of the store operations supporting customer service and inventory management. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work safely and efficiently, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Yard Customer Support - Part time

Location: Hanover, PA

Pay Range: $20

Shift: Day shift, some saturdays

What's the Job?

  • Greet customers in a positive manner and answer questions about products
  • Assist customers with loading materials into their vehicles, trucks, and trailers
  • Operate large equipment such as front end loaders, skid loaders, and backhoes
  • Help receive inventory, place stock, and count inventory levels for yard materials and supplies
  • Support general property housekeeping and clean-up activities

What's Needed?

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft applications preferred
  • Ability to operate large equipment safely and use hand and power tools
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Reliable transportation and punctuality
