Travel Nurse - RN - Case Manager - $2537 / Week

Lancesoft is seeking an experienced Case Manager Registered Nurse for an exciting Travel Nursing job in Morristown, NJ. Shift: 5x8 hr days Start Date: 09/28/2026 Duration: 13 weeks Pay: $2537 / Week

Coordinates patients through the acute care hospitalization Manages all aspects of discharge planning/transition process Performs utilization management and quality screenings In- Patient Case Management is required

Requirements:

Schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Hospital experience required, including experience with discharge planning and placement in rehabilitation facilities
Minimum 2 years of experience with acute inpatient hospital discharge planning
Rotating weekends: Every 4th or 5th weekend
Holidays: One summer and one winter holiday
Experience with subacute patients required

Hourly Pay Rate
W2 Pay Rate RT (Regular Time): $41.00
W2 Pay Rate OT (Over Time): $61.50

Weekly Pay Package (Taxable + Nontaxable)
W2 Wage (RT+OT based on expected hrs): $1,537.50
Nontaxable Weekly PerDiem: $1,000.00
Total Weekly Gross Pay Package: $2,537.50
