Automated Welding Weld Operator

Webco Manufacturing is seeking an Automated Weld Operator to run advanced welding equipment for precision sheet metal parts in our Alto, GA facility. In this hands-on role, you will set up and monitor automated weld cells, interpret blueprints, inspect weld quality, and perform routine maintenance while following strict safety and quality standards. You’ll work closely with a supportive team, contribute to continuous improvement, and gain exposure to modern fabrication technology in a clean, safety-focused, and fast-paced production environment.
