Locum Anesthesiologists needed to start ASAP and work ongoing near Joplin, MO.

  • high acuity, busy level II trauma
  • 5x8's, Weekday call is supposed to be every third night with pos call day off and noon start pre call. The person taking weekend call does the whole weekend.
  • CRNAs work in a mix of a care team model and independent work.
  • Case Types: Hearts/lungs/vascular/OB/Peds/Peds Ent. Peds cut off at present is 1yr and/or 10kg. No transplants. Regional anesthesia thus must be skilled with US nerve blocks.
  • Model: Medical Direction Model with 2 physicians daily plus a night call person coming in at .
  • Pager 1 is in house call and call 2 is a pager call.
  • 11 ORs- 1 OB, 2 endo, 8 ORs
  • 90 days to credential
  • $2000 referral bonus received for any referral who works 160 hours.
  • $Competitive Rate weeknight call + Premium if called in, Weekend Call equals 6 Regular Hours Per Day + Premium When Called In.
  • $Competitive Hourly pay + housing + travel + A++ rated malpractice insurance with tail coverage included.
