Experienced Coating Lead – 1st Shift (Mon–Fri, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM)Lead coating operations for PCBAs, supervising a team of 4–6 employees while ensuring quality, accuracy, and adherence to specifications. Requires PCBA experience and strong knowledge of coating, masking, and curing processes. Responsibilities include training staff, troubleshooting issues, maintaining documentation, and supporting daily production goals. Soldering Repair Technician – 2nd Shift (2:30 PM–11:00 PM)Perform precision soldering, component replacement, and PCBA repair using SMT and THT methods. Requires strong soldering skills, attention to detail, and experience working with electronic assemblies. Maintenance Mechanic – PCB & Battery Systems (Mon–Fri, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM $18–$19/hr)Support equipment repair, PCB troubleshooting, SMT/THT assembly, soldering, and inspections. Requires mechanical aptitude, PCB assembly experience, and the ability to read schematics and follow technical instructions. All positions require strong attendance, a solid work ethic, and excellent attention to detail.
