Full job description

As an Academic Tutor and Mentor with City Year, you’ll serve in public schools to provide targeted academic and social-emotional support to students. In this full-time role, you will tutor small groups and individual students in core subjects, help track their progress, and reinforce classroom learning. You will also build strong, positive relationships, serving as a mentor and role model, and help lead enrichment activities and after-school programs. Working on a diverse, mission-driven team, you’ll receive training, coaching, and professional development while making a direct impact on students’ success and school climate.
