Wellness Nurse

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Wellness Nurse to support residents’ health and quality of life in our senior living community. In this role, you will assess residents’ conditions, administer medications and treatments, and coordinate personalized care plans in collaboration with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members. You will document in the EHR, promote safety and infection control, and respond to clinical changes and emergencies.
