StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Day 8;10 Pay Rate: $139.68 - $151.20

This facility is seeking a Family Medicine Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity:

· Schedule: Monday – Friday 7a-5p, 3-5 days per week

· Patients per day: 16-22

· Practice Setting: Home Health

· Scope: Outpatient

· State Licensure: Virginia State medical license, Board Certified in Family or Internal Medicine, Basic Life Support (BLS), Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) and Department of Transportation (DOT) certified or willing to obtain.

· Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days
