Full job description

As an RN in the NVICU at TriStar Health, you will provide advanced, evidence-based care to critically ill neurologic and vascular patients in a fast-paced ICU. You will assess, monitor, and stabilize complex conditions, manage ventilators and drips, and respond quickly to changes in status. Working within a collaborative, patient-first culture, you’ll partner with physicians and multidisciplinary teams, educate patients and families, and uphold rigorous safety and quality standards while accessing robust professional development and growth opportunities.
