Call only coverage -- 1:1 call ratio
20-minute call response time required
Approx. 3 patients per shift
Both inpatient and outpatient rounding
Avg. 4 phone consults per 24-hour call period
Avg. 2 admissions per 24-hour call period
We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
