As a Pharmacist Production at MedStar Health, you will support safe, efficient medication preparation and distribution across a large regional health system. You’ll verify orders, oversee sterile and non-sterile compounding, and coordinate high-volume production workflows to meet hospital and clinic needs. Working closely with technicians, nurses, and providers, you’ll ensure regulatory compliance, optimize automated dispensing, and resolve medication issues.
