Pediatrics physician employment in Georgia : Come practice in Rome, tucked in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains and centrally located between Atlanta, Birmingham, and Chattanooga. ~100% outpatient role with no hospital duties, admitting, or rounding
~ Monday - Friday schedule with only 1 - 2 Saturdays per month (9 am - 1 pm)
~ Light phone-only call coverage with nurse triage support
~ See 20 - 30 patients per day in a warm and supportive private practice
~ Competitive compensation with guaranteed annual raises and productivity bonuses
~ Loan repayment available through HRSA and NHSC program
~401(k) with immediate vesting and dollar-for-dollar employer match
~ Paid malpractice, DEA fees, state license, and CME allowance included
