Registered Nurse

Signature HealthCARE of Rogersville is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality clinical care in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation center. In this role, you will assess residents, administer medications and treatments, coordinate care plans, and document accurately in accordance with regulatory standards. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support recovery, promote dignity, and enhance quality of life. RNs also provide supervision and guidance to CNAs, educate residents and families, and uphold person-centered, mission-driven care in a supportive, team-focused environment.
