Medical Surgical - Orthopedic Unit - Travel Registered Nurse- $2050 per week.

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Experience:

• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 12 months of Medical Surgical - Orthopedic Unit experience.

• Experience with Cerner is preferred.

• Trauma Level 2 experience is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Missouri license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• Flu vaccination required for submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• Anyone who worked at a facility in this program in the last 9 months cannot be submitted.

• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:

You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Clinicians who live within 51-75 miles from the facility will be considered local.

Preferred Skills/Experience: - Previous Charge Experience: Preferred - Teaching hospital experience is preferred. - Level I trauma experience is preferred.

Special Requests: - Must be able to work at the assigned work location throughout the full contract term.

Unit Details: - Adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient population. - Postoperative orthopaedic cases, trauma, ortho spine, medicine, and plastics. - Day shift ratio: 1:5-6.

Shift & Scheduling: - Every other weekend. - At least 50% of holidays that occur during the contract are required. - Ability to take call is required. - Rotating shifts and work during inclement weather will be required.

All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment.
