Nurse Manager Emergency Room

Mission Health is seeking a Nurse Manager Emergency Room to lead our high-acuity ED in Asheville, NC. This role oversees daily operations, patient flow, staffing, and clinical quality while ensuring evidence-based, patient-centered care. The Nurse Manager mentors and evaluates nursing staff, coordinates with physicians and ancillary teams, and drives performance improvement, safety, and regulatory compliance. You’ll leverage advanced technology, manage budgets and resources, and champion a culture of compassion, teamwork, and continuous learning across a large, regional health system.
