What You'll Be Doing

• Perform electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on cement plant equipment and systems

• Install, inspect, and test electrical components to ensure safe and reliable operation

• Support automation, controls, and instrumentation used in cement plant processes

• Conduct preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and improve equipment performance

• Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to resolve equipment issues efficiently

What Are We Looking For

• Demonstrated capability with industrial electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair

• Ability to interpret electrical schematics, diagrams, and technical documentation

• Competency working with industrial electrical systems, controls, and instrumentation

• Strong commitment to safety practices and safe work procedures including LOTOTO

• Effective communication and teamwork skills in an industrial environment

Conditions of Employment

• Work a rotating shift between evenings and days.

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check

• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level

• $32.00 to $37.00 per hour
