Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a Transformation Lead to join our ever-evolving Technology Strategy and Transformation Office team and help shape the future of global commerce.

What you’ll own

• Lead planning and execution of complex integration and separation programs across Technology to ensure successful delivery from Day 1 readiness through transition, stabilization, and steady-state operations.
• Develop and drive end-to-end integration and separation workplans, including Day 1 and 30/60/90 day execution, synergy realization, Transition Service Agreement (TSA) design, transition, and exit with clear scope, timelines, and accountabilities.
• Establish and lead program governance, including steering committees, RAID management, change control, executive decision forums, and cross-functional dependency management to ensure timely issue resolution and alignment.
• Oversee execution, coordinating cutovers, stabilization activities, and business readiness to maintain operational continuity, customer experience, and regulatory compliance.
• Direct TSA performance management, including service delivery monitoring, SLA adherence, issue remediation, billing coordination, accruals, invoicing, and financial true-ups in partnership with Finance and functional leaders.
• Drive value realization by building, tracking, and reporting business cases, synergies, TSA economics, KPIs, OKRs, and variance analyses, providing actionable insights to senior leadership.
• Identify and mitigate program risks.  Raise and resolve issues, working collaboratively across teams; act as an integrator across stakeholders, surfacing trade-offs and mitigation options.

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s Degree, plus 8-10+ years of relevant experience in Technology Transformation, Corporate Strategy, Management Consulting, Finance, PMO, M&A integration/divestitures, or a related cross-functional role.
• Experience in working cross functionally with internal and external vendors/partners 
• Knowledge of payments/fintech, technology-enabled services, or complex global operations is advantageous
