Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Pay Schedule: Weekly
Earning Potential: A-Level: Approximately $85,000–$120,000 annually; B-Level: $40,000–$65,000 annually based on experience

About Integrity Import Service

The shop services all makes and models and offers manufacturer OE tools, paid training and certifications, tool relocation assistance, and a collaborative environment focused on continued technician development.
Key Responsibilities
A-Level Automotive Technician
- Perform advanced automotive diagnostics, including complex vehicle concerns requiring a strong diagnostic mindset.
- Diagnose and repair vehicles from start to finish across a variety of makes and models.
- Complete general mechanical repairs and routine automotive maintenance.
- Inspect vehicles, identify concerns, and determine necessary repairs.
- Prepare estimates for recommended repairs.
- Use automotive diagnostic tools, wiring diagrams, manufacturer OE tools, and service information systems, including Mitchell 1 and ALLDATA.
- Maintain a high level of quality and accuracy throughout the diagnostic and repair process.
B-Level Automotive Technician
- Perform general automotive repair and maintenance across a variety of makes and models.
- Complete brake system repairs and service.
- Diagnose and repair steering and suspension systems.
- Complete timing kit service and repair.
- Perform automotive diagnostics appropriate to experience and skill level.
- Complete assigned vehicles from start to finish.
- Inspect vehicles, identify repair needs, and prepare estimates for recommended work.
Qualifications
A-Level Automotive Technician
- Minimum 10+ years of professional automotive repair experience.
- Strong advanced automotive diagnostic capabilities.
- Comfortable diagnosing and repairing a variety of makes and models.
- Michigan State Mechanic License required.
- Strong computer, reading, and writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and complete vehicles from diagnosis through repair.
- ASE certifications are a plus.
B-Level Automotive Technician
- Minimum 3+ years of professional automotive repair experience.
- Some automotive diagnostic ability.
- Experience with general automotive repair, brakes, steering and suspension, timing kits, and maintenance.
- Michigan State Mechanic License required.
- Strong computer, reading, and writing skills.
- Ability to work independently while continuing to learn and develop technical skills.
- ASE certifications are a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
- A-Level: $38.50–$56.80 per hour, with approximate annual earning potential of $85,000–$120,000.
- B-Level: $40,000–$65,000 annual earning potential based on experience.
- Annual earning potential is not guaranteed and may vary based on the applicable compensation structure and other relevant factors.
