Production Operator

Our client, an industry leader in food production, is seeking a dedicated Production Operator to join their team. As a Production Operator, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing process, supporting the packaging of sauces in bottles. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will help you succeed and grow within the organization.

Job Title: Production Operator

Location: Louisburg, NC

Pay Range: $14.00

Shift: 1st and 2nd shift available, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

• Perform packing and line work to support production processes
• Package sauces into bottles accurately and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
• Follow safety protocols and quality standards
• Assist team members as needed to meet production goals

What's Needed?

• Basic packing skills or willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable and punctual attendance
• Ability to pass a drug test and criminal background check
