LPN Med Surg

Cone Health seeks a compassionate LPN for our Med Surg unit at Annie Penn Hospital on night shift. In this role, you’ll provide bedside nursing care, administer medications, monitor vital signs, assist with treatments and procedures, and support RN care plans for diverse adult patients. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, document accurately in the EMR, and educate patients and families on care and discharge instructions.
