Registered Nurse - Operating Room

Cedar Rapids, IA

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Pay: $2317 - $2792 | Shift: 4x10 Rotating

As a valued member of the surgical team, you‘ll be responsible for providing exceptional care to patients undergoing various surgical procedures. Your expertise in operating room protocols and proficiency with advanced robotic equipment will be crucial in ensuring successful outcomes.

  • Provide direct patient care in the operating room, ensuring adherence to sterile techniques and safety protocols
  • Collaborate with surgeons and surgical team members to facilitate efficient and effective procedures
  • Utilize advanced robotic systems such as DaVinci Xi, Mako, and Rosa for surgical procedures
  • Demonstrate proficiency in orthopedic surgeries, including total joints and general surgery
  • Document patient information accurately using EPIC EMR system
  • Participate in on-call rotations, including one night per week and up to one weekend per month
  • Need 2 years experience in setting
  • COVID-19 vaccine (medical and religious exemptions may apply)
