Critical Care Float Pool - Travel Registered Nurse - $1890 per week.

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 2 years of Critical Care Float Pool experience.

• Travel experience is preferred.

• Experience with Epic is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Louisiana license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <75 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• Flu vaccination required for submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.

• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:

You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Previous Charge Experience: Preferred Critical Care Course preferred.

Unit Details: Adult patient population. Patients include stroke, cardiac, sepsis, vascular, cardiothoracic, trauma, burn, and medical cases. Preferred requirements include CRRT, IABP, Swan-Ganz catheters, and Impella.

Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend. No call. Holiday work is required. Maximum RTO: 5 days.

Floating Requirements: You must be willing to float, work weekends, and generally just be very flexible. Float to all ICUs (MICU, TICU, Neuro ICU, and Burn ICU).

• AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear “Yes” or “No” response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.

5 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 01/01/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 1
