Registered Nurse Float Pool ICU

Ascension seeks a Registered Nurse Float Pool ICU to deliver high-acuity bedside care across multiple ICU units. In this role, you will assess, plan, and implement patient care, administer medications, manage ventilators and critical drips, and respond to rapid and code situations. You will collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, educate patients and families, and ensure accurate documentation in the EMR. As part of a compassionate, learning-focused culture, you’ll support evidence-based practices, mentor peers, and adapt quickly to varying ICU settings while upholding patient safety and quality standards.
