The Project Manager (PM)
- Serves as the business leader for assigned construction projects and is accountable for delivering exceptional financial, contractual, operational, and customer outcomes from project initiation through final closeout.
- Responsible for project profitability, forecasting accuracy, risk mitigation, contract administration, procurement strategy, stakeholder management, and overall business performance.
- Requires a proven construction professional capable of leading projects with ownership, professionalism, accountability, and sound business judgment.
- Partners closely with the Construction Manager (CM) in a co-leadership model where both individuals share accountability for successful project delivery, customer satisfaction, associate development, and execution of the Wallick Way.
What You’ll Do
- Own project profitability from project award through closeout.
- Develop and maintain project budgets and forecasting models.
- Monitor project costs and financial performance.
- Lead monthly forecasting and project financial reviews.
- Identify financial risks and opportunities.
- Develop recovery plans when projects deviate from budget.
- Manage contingency exposure and utilization.
- Monitor and improve project cash flow performance.
- Drive margin preservation and profitability initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience serving as a Project Manager with direct responsibility for financial performance, contract administration, procurement, forecasting, stakeholder management, and overall project delivery.
- Demonstrated success managing projects from preconstruction through closeout.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects or large complex projects simultaneously.
- Experience in commercial, multifamily, affordable housing, senior living, healthcare, hospitality, mixed-use, or similar project types.
- Proficient in Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams, Microsoft Project (Preferred) and Power BI (preferred) as well.

- OSHA 30
- Procore Certification
- LEED Accreditation
- Lean Construction Certification
