We're seeking an experienced Maintenance Mechanic III to join our manufacturing team on 2nd shift. In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a variety of production equipment and facility systems. Your expertise will play a critical role in minimizing downtime, improving equipment reliability, and supporting a safe, efficient manufacturing operation.

COMPENSATION
• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $52,600- $78,900 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
• Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits

Job Requirements
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic equipment.
- Diagnose equipment failures and identify root causes to prevent recurring issues.
- Maintain motors, conveyor systems, production machinery, and pneumatic tools.
- Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
- Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and process improvement initiatives.
- Ensure equipment operates safely and complies with applicable safety standards.
- Accurately document maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance.
- Partner with Production, Engineering, and Operations teams to improve reliability and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

- Strong troubleshooting skills in:
- Mechanical systems
- Electrical systems (low and high voltage)
- Hydraulic systems
- Pneumatic systems
- Electronic controls
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and industrial workplace safety practices.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate degree, technical certification, or vocational training in Electrical Technology, Mechanical Technology, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field.
- Experience with PLC troubleshooting and programming.
- Knowledge of automated manufacturing equipment and production systems.
- Experience supporting continuous improvement and preventative maintenance programs.
