RN Registered Nurse

Canon Lodge Care Center in Canon City, CO is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide skilled nursing care to long-term and short-stay residents. The RN will perform assessments, develop and update individualized care plans, administer medications and treatments, and coordinate with physicians, therapists, CNAs, and families. Responsibilities include monitoring changes in condition, accurate documentation, supervising and mentoring support staff, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The RN promotes resident dignity, safety, and comfort while contributing to a resident-centered, team-based environment focused on quality of life and rehabilitation outcomes.
