Medical Surgical Unit - Travel Registered Nurse- $1990 per week.

Experience:

• 18 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 10 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience worked in the last 3 years.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Georgia license or compact license (required for submission).

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• No current placement allowed at Program: AMN Program - Emory Healthcare.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Float experience does not count towards the unit experience requirement. Trach care, IV starts, and PICC line experience required.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Peritoneal dialysis preferred.

Unit Details: Research and complex medical unit. Common cases include complicated UTI/PNA, sepsis, trachs, PEGs, peritoneal dialysis, altered mental status, and pancreatitis. Works on the research unit for 14 days of the month; remainder is complex medicine. Includes flu challenge research with healthy patients who are given the flu and monitored for symptoms.

7 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 10/31/2026, 11/26/2026, 12/24/2026, 12/25/2026, 12/31/2026. Number of holidays allowed off: 1

2 Charge/Lead references required from within the last 12 months
