Job Details

What You’ll Be Doing
• Provide nursing care and treatments to residents in a long-term care setting
• Monitor residents and report/document changes in condition
• Check vital signs and maintain accurate resident records
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and personal care

What You Need
• Current New York LPN license/certification
• Completion of an approved Practical Nursing program
• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
