Project Manager – Data On Cloud Platform | AWS

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 10+ years of experience leading software development projects in Agile environments. The ideal candidate should have strong technical understanding of AWS, Angular, Node.js, and PostgreSQL, along with proven experience in project planning, team leadership, and risk management.

Must-Have Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Project Management / IT Delivery.
• Strong experience with Agile methodologies.
• Good technical understanding of AWS.
• Experience managing projects involving Angular and Node.js.
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL and open-source technology stacks.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Strong project planning, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• SAFe certification.
• Experience managing cloud-based software/platform projects.
• Experience working with large Agile development teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of software projects using Agile methodologies.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Provide leadership and coordination to cross-functional technical teams.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
• Partner with Product Owners to define project scope, goals, priorities, and deliverables.
• Manage project budgets, resources, timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Track project progress using Jira and Confluence.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and management.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within agreed scope and budget.
