Encompass Health seeks an Assistant RN Manager to support clinical leadership on our inpatient rehabilitation unit. In this on-site role, you’ll coordinate nursing staff, oversee daily workflows, and provide direct, evidence-based care to patients recovering from major illnesses and injuries. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team on individualized care plans, support quality and safety initiatives, mentor nurses, and help drive a culture of compassion, integrity, and continuous improvement in a clinically advanced, growth-focused environment.
